‘This ‘mini-pilgrimage’ will give insight into the beautiful island of Achill, its spiritual sites and heritage, and in particular the Dugort and ‘Colony’ side of the island. It will include moments of gentle prayer and reflection in the great outdoors – beneath the mountain, on the road, and by the shore. The simple provision of companionship and victuals will offer, we hope, nourishment of body, mind and spirit. This occasion is for those of any faith or none.’
